Terms of Service
General info
Contact through Discord or email at iiris_kettu(at)hotmail.fiRead through this document before ordering. By ordering a commission you agree to these terms of service. If you have any additional questions feel free to ask!These terms of service, as well as the prices in the available commissions sheet are for non-commercial commissions only! If you want a commercial commission, contact me and we can work out the details.These are digital commissions, you will receive a PNG file in 300 dpi. Size depends on the piece.How to order?Send me a message, as easy as that!For the prices and types of commissions available, see the available commissions info sheet below. If you want a type of commission not included in the sheet, feel free to ask. I may be able to take types of commissions not listed as well.You have to provide good visual references for any characters and specific props. Visual references for other elements, such as poses or generic props are appreciated but not mandatory.I reserve the right to choose which commissions I take.What can I do with your commission?I retain all rights to the picture, and can use it or parts of it in the future. This means, for example that:*I can post the piece on social media.
*I can produce merch of the finished piece (fanart only!).
*I can reuse any disregarded working sketches.I will only use fandom content for possible merch, your OCs or likenesses of real life people/pets will not be used this way! If you do not want me to post your commissioned piece, or to make merch of it, I will add 20% to the commission price.What can you do with your commission?*Post it on your social media etc. with written credit
*Print it for personal use.
*Slightly modify it, for example crop it for banners/profile pictures etc.You are not allowed to use your commissioned piece for any monetary gain!
You are not allowed to use your commissioned piece or any art created by me as NFTs, or in AI tools!
Payment
Payment will be through PayPal only for international commissioners, for Finland other payment options may be arranged.For prices under 80 euros full payment is required up front, before I start working on the commission. For prices of 80 euros or more, you can pay the full price up front, or half before I start working, and half when the commission is finished, before you receive the file.For prices see the available commissions info sheet.
Timeline
For simple commissions (including sketch commissions) I will reserve up to 1 month for completion, provided the customer replies in timely manner.For full illustrations the completion time will be longer, and negotiated for every piece separately.I will keep you updated on the process.For sketch commissions there are no revisions! This means that once we agree on the commission and you have paid, I start working on your piece. I send you the file once the piece is finished. In case this takes longer than a week, I will keep you posted about weekly on the process.For other commissionsAfter we agree on the commission, and you have paid (either in full or half depending on the price), I will start working on your piece. I will then send you a sketch, and you can request revisions. After you have accepted the sketch I will finish the piece. I will show you a low res version of the finished piece. At this point you can request minor revisions (such as simple color correction, an additional detail etc.). After you have accepted the piece, (and completed the payment) I will send you the final file.If any stage takes more than a week, I will keep you updated on the process about weekly.You get one free revision pass at the sketch stage!For additional revision passes at the sketch stage, costs are negotiated separately depending on the extent of the revision. No more than 3 revision passes at the sketch stage, including the first free one.Another free minor revision at the final stage.
Refunds
If I am not able to complete the piece in a timely manner, you will get a full refund.If you want to cancel the commission at the sketching stage, you can get 50% refund. In other words, if you have paid half of the price, you will not get that back, but you do not have to pay the other half. If you have paid the full price up front, you will get 50% back.After the sketching stage, and for sketch commissions, no refunds.

iiris, they/them, 30+, self-taught, queer artist from Finland.
Can speak Finnish and English!My interests are varied, but let it be known I am a librarian and a foster home to cats. Sometimes I sell my art in conventions and every once in a while I participate in zines and fandom events.In addition to various arts and crafts my hobbies include martial arts, bouldering, reading, playing viddy games, learning random stuff and languages (mainly Japanses atm) and sometimes gardening.In my art I try to celebrate the little moments of everyday life, and find the magical in the mundane. I am inspired by nature, fantasy, folk traditions and legends, mythologies, queer themes and of course my fandoms.Which fandoms??
Hoo boy! I love a wide variety of media, books, games, movies, anime... and it's impossible to predict what will capture my attention next. It's probably either gay or fantasy, or both tho. My main fandoms at the moment are HADES and TRIGUN.
